Having a keen interest in the property industry and a landlord myself for over 30 years I believe I can provide a premium personalised service to landlords, letting agents and property management companies. I have an extensive knowledge of the local area and a keen eye for detail to be able to provide fair and accurate reports.

Inventories

I always include detailed narrative descriptions which is combined with digital colour photography on all reports. We visit the rental property and undertake a full Inventory inspection itemising the fixtures, fittings, contents and the condition of the property at that time including any furniture, if applicable.

Interim reports

An Interim Report will detail any changes in the condition of the property’s fixtures and fittings. This can alert Landlords to any damage that may have occurred due to faulty equipment, such as a leaky washing machine or perhaps possible mistreatment of furniture or carpets.

Check out reports

The Check-Out Report is compiled once the property is vacated at the end of a tenancy and will include specific details with regard to the general condition and cleanliness of the property. We will also note any items that are now broken, damaged or missing from the property.
